Our skilled employment teams have dedicated staff that are here to guide you through a series of steps to make entering the Canadian workforce a successful experience. We have a number of services available for you to access:
Employment Counselling & Job Search Workshops
We offer one-on-one counselling, resume/cover letter critique, interview coaching and we connect you with employers. We host workshops that are open to all newcomers to help them learn proven techniques required to gain employment, based on experience and education. These workshops take place monthly and are free of charge.
Job Fairs
We host a number of job fairs throughout the year where we bring in employers from various industries (banking, IT, labour, healthcare etc.) to connect newcomers directly with their recruiters. We provide newcomers opportunities to showcase their skills, education and experience while networking.
Networking Sessions
Our industry specific networking sessions are an opportunity to meet one-on-one with professionals from IT, banking & finance, healthcare, teaching and many more, to ask them questions and get advice about working in Canada.
